TV-Tuner Card & 802.11b

This is sorta double-pronged question, but help with either would be much appreciated.

I'm looking at buying a TV-Tuner card for my computer. I would like one that's of great quality, that's basically the only criteria I have. Stuff like DVR-like capabilities don't really matter to me. Does anyone know a good quality, reliable TV-tuner card on the market today?

My next question is...I am wondering if it's possible to somehow stream this over my home 802.11b network. I would love to be able to watch TV on my laptop, regardless of where I am in the house.

Thanks!

this card seems to have pretty good 'reviews'...

the answer to your second question is yes. while I'm not familiar with all of the options that are out there, I did come across snapstream software recently which will do what you're looking for, act as a video server to another computer, including over a wireless connection ($99). Hopefully someone might have some cheaper or free options that they are aware of tho.

I couldn't access that card link, as I'm not an AnandTech subscriber.

Thanks for the Snapstream link though.
