TV-tuner capture?

What TV-tuner card should I use if I wanted to capture tv with good quality?
I'm looking for a TV-tuner card only, because I want to use my GeForce2MX's TV-out.

Is it possible to capture realtime 640*480? more? less?
(and at what quality?)
Are there any with hardware mpeg2 support?
Are there other hardware requirements?

I think the Radeon All-In-Wonder has VERY nice TV tuner, VIVO, and many other things dealing with video editing. You can get this for about $200 or so if you looking around pricewatch and the hot deals forums.
