Whats the best deal for all three? Currently we have for all three. analog basic, phone, and their 42.95 tier internet is what we have and it runs right around 95-100 a month. that is with the phone at 19.95 a month for six month, and that six monthes are going to run out. I would like to keep the internet, may could drop it to the 24.95 1.5Mbps tier. also the phone I'm not too attached to, wouldn't mind switching over to VOIP, been looking at VOIPo out of the VOIP companys. They seem pricewise decent and can port the existing number to them.

Its the TV that I don't really know about, dish seems like the cheapest for HD channels. Comcast just seems so freakin expensive. something like 54 dollars for digital starter. and I don't believe that includes HD. Dish has the 120 package that includes HD channels for 39.99 and for 24.99 for 12 months.

The local telephone company here is windstream so they pretty much out of the picture.

For phone I use Ooma, and I've been very happy with it. I like it more than vonage, which I had for a few years before it.

It's just the cost of the box ($249), then a fee to transfer the line ( I think it was around $20), and after that it is $1 per month for the free plan. They have other plans for more money (I think like $15/mo) with multiple lines and other features, like number blocking.

I've been using it for a while now, so the box has paid for itself and now my phone is essentially free.

We're currently paying about $125 plus taxes and fees for Uverse. 12 mb DSL and the U-350 tv package. We've considering changing to ComCrap's Alchemy package which includes 16 mb internet and 240 channels plus unlimited phone service...for $89/month. (I think there's also a $10 charge for the 2nd tv and $5 for the modem, bringing it to $104 + taxes and such)

It's gotten so that we hate the Uverse service. HD is mediocre at best, service is also mediocre...with the screen freezing during shows, often to the point of requiring a re-boot of the entire system.
