TV out with nvidia denator driver?

how do I set to output TV with nvidia driver?
in properties, tv output section is un-highlighted, can't select..
i'm using Winfast GF2, it has tv out
 
i should learn to click search before i type...
anyway I just tried tv out for the first time, watched DVD on computer to TV
pretty good....
movie was fine but the desktop icons, texts etc... are un readable.
it's supposed to like that right? cuz TV is low pix than PC monitor?
 
TV's have much larger pixels than PC's do. On a TV, I'm able to see the individual pixels up close; on a monitor, it's much more difficult. HDTV's might be capable of doing better, but I know very little about them.
