TV-out/video playback issues after video card swap

Greetings all. Was using a Geforce 6800LE. Now using a Geforce 6600GT. Using TV-out with resolution at 800x600, Media Player Classic for video playback.

Problem is that whenever I go full screen with playback, the edges of the video picture extends out past the edge of the TV by quite a bit. Used to be fine but now some subtitles are cut off (watching fansubbed anime). I can "fix" the issue by reducing picture size in the software (hitting "1" on keypad), but that "fix" lasts only the duration of the one episode.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Anyone have a fix? TIA.
