I need a tv-out utility that allows the image to be displayed on the monitor and on the TV at the same time. Does such a thing exist? I remember hearing about it once but I forgot the name.
 
This really doesnt help you out at all ( 🙂 ), but my cheapo ATI 4 meg 3D Rage II card allowed the image to be displayed on my monitor and TV at the same time. The monitor image was kinda squished and distorted, but it worked.

there are separate tv-out card that do exactly what you are asking for. they are hard to find but if you look hard enough you'll see it.
