TV-Out trouble

I've got a bit of an odd problem. I like to create little videos and send them to friends on VHS by using the TV-Out function on my vid card to run it to my VCR. I just load the video into Windows Media Player, set it to full screen and hit record. I've done it a number of times in the past with no problem. But when I tried it today, the video in WMP wouldn't show up on my TV. Everything else shows up just fine, but all I get is a little blank box on the screen where the video should be (shows up fine on my monitor). I'm not sure what might cause this. I did change my driver a few days ago, but I rolled back to my previous driver after I noticed the problem, and the same thing happened. I'm using an MSI GeForce4 Ti4200.

Any ideas?
