TV out size adjusting

Whenever I use the TV out on my Visiontek GF3 Ti200 on my TV, the size never fits right and there's about an inch of black space on the left and right sides. It may be due to it running a higher resolution than a normal TV because mines flat screen and runs at 800x600. Unlike a monitor though, there's no way to adjust the width. How can i fix this?
