TV out quality on a ATI 9700 Pro

Anyone have any links/info or real experience with the tv out quality on the ATI 9700 Pro or even the AIW 9700 Pro. I am redoing my home and need any info on this to see what course of action I need to take. I own a 53" Sony Projection TV and would like to use it for games and interactive activities for my kids.

Radeon's TVout is about the best in the consumer market, I doubt there's a great deal of diff between TVout on a Rad7500 and a Rad9700PRO but obviously there's a big diff technology wise. TVout is still unlikely to be fantastic but I doubt you'll consider it to be poor. Even the best TV is way worse than your average monitor so do bear this in mind.

well - going from a gf2mx 400 to a rad9700 was a HUGE improvement even on my 22" tv.

Guess it'll do wonders on your 53"
