TV Out problems with my ti4200

Hi I have a ti4200 and when I do TV out, it works fine. When I play a move in media player or PowerDVD the picture is good, but if I play the movie in full screen, the movie goes blurry. I have no idea why! Its really frustating and I haven't been able to get any help or find a solution from nvidea's website. Any idea's guys?

By "movie" do you mean a DVD, or a video clip?

It could be simply resolution of the source if it's non-DVD.

I'm afraid its worse than all that.... I couldn't get a good picture with my G4MX440, nor can I get one with my ATI 9500 Pro, retail. I don't know what the deal is, but it doesnt seem that any video card can produce a good picture on a TV...

It doesn't work for both DVD's and movies that I d/l. I know its not the image quality because when I play it at like 75% of full screen size, the picture is perfect. However everytime I do full screen the picture becomes distorted.
