TV out: Picture is not centered, ideas??

When I output to the tv, the picture is off to the upper left. So much so that I can't get the title bar or menus when folders are maximized. Is there a way to adjust this in software (ATI card), or is this a cable interference thing? Any help is appreciated. -Joe
 
Go into advanced properties and displays, under tv you can click up/down left/right to move the image around. Also make sure it's outputting at a sufficient resolution for your tv.
