Tv out on nvidia cards

I haven't ever tried the tv-out on my leadtek geforce 2 pro before, and I guess that I will only be able to use the fuction if I install the leadtek drivers. Is there anyway I can get tv out when using the reference drivers (their driver has not been updated since january).
