tv out on Nvidia card...help!!!!

I have the Gainward GF2 pro 450...I am trying to use the tv out which works, but how come I can't keep video on the monitor at the same time???

I am trying to send the signal to the tv in the other room to watch my divx movies. I can't use the mouse and try to click close all the boxes I opened to switched on tv out and start powerdvd program...The room is to far away and not in plain visible sight...

I though my old ati pc2tv card kept monitor active as well, but I may be wrong. The tv was right next to the tv in those days...


Anybody now how to make this work??? Without installing a infrared mouse, which I can't figure how I can get it to go 25 feet to be at tv....

Hey I know this isn't a thread about how high or low my synthetic 3dmark scores are, or about should I install the latest beta drivers eventhough I have stability...It is a basic question about hardware and its features...

PLease take a minute and tell me what you know about this issue...This is putting a damper on my plans to watch my divx movies on my big screen in the family room.

because, unfortunately their (Nvidia's) implementation doesn't support it.

You may have to pick up a logitech cordless freedom keyboard, or similar for a controller. It uses FM rather than IR, it works from any room in my house.
