How do I get the TV-Out on my GF2 to work? I wan't to connect the card to my TV so I can watch my DVD's.

The output on the Video Card is S-Video, but they included the adapter to convert to RCA. I connect the adapter to the Video-In on the TV right?

Now what about drivers to get this to work? I have Det. 4 21.83 from nVidia's website. Do I need to get the official drivers from Leadtek to get TV-Out to work?

What exactly is happening? Is the option grayed out in the driver panel? Is it there but not functioning?

When I had my GF2 Pro I had to have my TV connected for the option to be available in the driver. I was using NVIDIA Det's, BTW, not the MSI drivers.

I could not get TV-out to work under any driver revision for my old TNT2 M64 in Windows 2000 Pro (with or without SP2). It's broken. TV-out did work in Windows 95, though, so it wasn't a card problem.

If you really want the function, consider getting TV Tool - it works for me, but the evaluation version only allows about 10 minutes of output at a time. :(

If you can select TV in device selection that mean your video card is detecting the TV connection.
After that you ave to select the correct "type" of Tv...I put Type under "" because my drivers are in french and it'S called "format" so i'm not sur of what it's in english. They are normaly listed by country...If USA is not there ( I doubt it ) select Canada ( I know this one is there ) , they are the same.
After that you should apply and restart your computer.
If this doesn't works, try with your card company driver...not Nvidia. If it still doesn't works, contact them...not Nvidia, they won't answer you.

Good luck.

I finally got it to work. I had to drop the resolution to 800x600, then drop the refresh rate down to 60 Hz. The picture quality sucks goat nuts, but maybe its just because my TV blows.
