Are there any capture cards with tv-out? S-video or otherwise. I have never seen any...

That would be a lot better than buying a capture card and a video card...

It absolutely would not. Have you experienced tv/capture card drivers?!?! I'll take my TV out via nVidia or ATI, thank you 😀
