Tv-out on a PCI card

Are there an inexpensive PCI video cards w/tv out? I am trying to set up a really old computer as an mp2 player and would like to be able to control it on my tv, rather than on a monitor I don't own. If there are any PCI cards with the tv- out what resolutions should I use? The TV is a fairly old 19" RCA, yeah I know it sucks but its the only tv I have at the moment.
 
Also look around for the Voodoo3 3000 and 2000 as they had TV out and a PCI version.
