TV-out is black n white? how to get colour?

basically

tv card is pal-I
video card is set to pal-I output , i had colour then when i turned my tv software back on it was black n white

im using tv out from a leadtek 6800GT going into a Aver Media DVB-T digital tv tuner card. reason im doing this is to make short videos showing people (namely mum n dad) what to do when things go wrong coz they never understand what im telling them to do

so i figured making a small video showing them what to do will work....but i want colour damn it!

Are you running the output into an SVideo input?

Anyhow, you know there are programs that let you record video directly from screen? Without looping it back into a TV card?

Yeah, I had problems getting colour on my TV-card via external Digital Box. Turned out to be a setting in my TV Program on the PC.

Blurriness of an LCD is ok apart from in certain instances in TV viewing.
