TV-out in Win XP wont work??? (Radeon AIW)

Just upgraded my computer to Windows XP and installed all my drivers but can not find the option for TV out anywhere? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
 
Be sure to uninstall all previous verisions of ATI drivers, then install latest driver Link, follow driver instructions on ATI page, old drivers can wreak havoc on new updates!
