TV Out, Geforce 4 built in, or Conexant CX25871

Both do 1024x768, should I get a chip w/ the CX25871 for my DivX box, or just get a geforce4 MX420 for it? No games, just DVD's and divx's most likely. Maybe a little GTA :eek:
