TV-out for dummies

Is there a website that's got a detailed how-to on connecting the video card to a TV/VCR ?

My MX 400 has two connections: S-video and C-out, while my VCR has AV jacks for video-in and audio-in.
(My old TV has only a simple antenna-in connection.)

I'm simply confused on what cable/s is/are needed, as the card only came with a short S-video cable.

For video you'll need: RCA -> RCA
For stereo audio you'll need: stereo minijack (1/8") -> dual RCA
For mono audio you'll need: mono minijack (1/8") -> RCA
