TV-out color depth with GF3Ti200

Hey guys,
I have a VisionTek GF3-Ti200 with TV-out. I just tried plugging the computer into the TV (without the monitor) and it shows up. But I noticed that the color depth on it is only 16 colors, which defeats the purpose of showing anything on it. Is there a way I can help this? I have TVTool but I don't think that's helping. Ideally, I'd like at least 16-bit color to go on the TV. Thanks in advance.

 
Set your resolution to 640x480, and 16 or 32bit color, and it should work just fine. And have you updated your drivers lately?
