TV on my PC?

I'm trying to get CNBC on my PC at work, and I want it in real time. I know I could do something like slingbox, but there's a 2 second delay that's a problem. Is there a way to get CNBC on my computer in real time? An online place, or a way to slingbox it w/o a delay? Thanks for your help.

...any online stream will probably have at least a 2 second delay. The network broadcasts themselves often have a delay so they can bleep out errant words. Is 2 seconds that big of a deal? Personally, I'd call 2 seconds realtime.

2 seconds is a big deal to me. We have satellite at work and there is a 2 second delay on that, which is why I want something real-time (cable isn't an option).

I will give someone $50 if they can tell me a solution to where I can get live real time non delayed (no 2 second delay) CNBC on my pc. Thanks.
