i have never experimented watching tv on a computer. How is the quality? How do the channels work? I get the same channels as i would on my tv?
thanks i really am pretty curious
I have the non Radon ATW, crap for games, but a great card for a "work" PC. The TV is very good. You can read Anandtech and watch a ball game at the same time. The sound is very good with the speakers right in your face. The stereo effect is great. The Radon AIW looks like a winner to me. Rick
hmm quality is average.. of course nothign compared to a HDTV...
you get all the channels you would a regular TV.. and plus they have
a program called guide plus that allows you to download the schedule for
programs..u can set which tv shows u wanna watch or record... kinda like Tivo I guess..
runs well enough on high demanding games...nothing compared to my friends Ultra.. but I guess
if ur not a super hard core gamer.. it's good enough
The TV out on the AIW Radeon is very good, DVD and Divx playback is nice even on my old TV thats just coax-in and games that don't require you to read small text are fun as well, it has a kinda anti-alias effect that makes the 800 x 600 tolerable.
