I bought some tv dinners from Ralphs last night for $1 each and I'm on my second one tonight. I'm still hungry. :(

Yeah, you have to eat two of the small ones to be full.

As for the nutrition information, it's only alarming because the information is readily available on the package.

Go look up what a fast food meal gives you nutrition wise, and get back to us.

The little "take out" Chinese food cartons found at the Walmart super centers are pretty good. They are pretty filling and are usually around 600 calories. Sodium is pretty high on them, but that's only an issue if you have pre-existing heart conditions.

The Marie calendar meals are pretty filling and low in fat/calories if you steer clear of the alfredo dishes.

speaking of chinese.....

Sushi fills me up...;) Korean thingies...one of you told me that they resmbled spring rolls. I eat one of those (about the size of a cucumber) and am stuffed...

my breath also stinks afterwards too:eek:

The ones that are made out of noodles, white rice, or flour aren't going to be filling. The irony is that these kinds of high GI foods, which are sold as healhty, will make you fat.

We seriously must have ESP, I was going to post the same thing. ;)

Marue Calendar's breaded chicken with mashed potatoes and corn is one of the best frozen meals there is, and the chinese cartons at super Walmart are really good too when one is very hungry and wants something quick.

I'll usually get the healthy choice or Marie Calendar ones when they're on sale for like 2-3 bucks. Not a full meal, but they sate the hunger. I'm not sure, but I don't think they're as bad as the other frozen foods or like a big mac meal.
