TV Card w/remote BEST???

I am wanting to add a TV Tuner card to my setup, and was wondering which to purchase. I found a few that seem decent, but i really want the best, for around $50 - $70. it needs to have a remote though. you guys know of any for the price? Video capture would be kick ass too. (not sure if you can do that with all tv cards though.)

Nah... Everyone is wrong... If you are willing to dish out around $167.00, you can get a KICK AZZZ video card... ATI RAdeon 8500DV All in Wonder w/ 64mb RAM!

You can get this card at www.amazon.com... right now, it is $172... but if you can find coupons online, you can get it down around $5.00 ~ $10.00...
