TV card w/ component input?

I like to play my consoles and DVDs in progressive mode. Since I'm getting a nice new 1905FP, I'd like to be able to not only play/watch on the monitor, but also capture HQ vids and such. I used to do this with S-video when I had my 9700 Pro, but I'd like to know if I have the option of finding a component input card this time around.

I'm not aware of any cards on the market with component input...your best option may be to look for a Component->VGA transcoder and connect your sources to your monitor that way (although that still wouldn't help you as far as capturing/recording).

Seems odd that they wouldn't make one. I would think since some HDTV boxes output in analog that some HDTV TV tuners would accept incoming component streams. I think they prove my thinking wrong, though.
