tv card capture software

Are there any programs that will record tv programs? I have an ATI Wonder VE, but I can't get the Multimedia Center 7.1 software to work. In the meantime I'm using a free program called dTV to just view tv.

I had the same situation...I use dTV to watch and a program called. ShowShifter @ www.ShowShifter.comto record my videos. If im not mistaken Cyberlink makes a program called PowerVCR that has similar features to ShowShifter but I thinks more expensive.
