TV card broken?

I have a Ledteak Winfast 2000xp tv card, gave me decent service but is less then 6 months old, the prob is the picture comes out fine, but the sound plays for about 2 minuts tehn goes off, i restart the software and it does teh same thing plays for 2 minutes tehn goes off, what could this be?
 
seems o be one of my back ground programs thats running, i started ending procesess and sound works, 🙂 will have to find whcih one now
