tv card and sound issue

Ive got an msi tv anywhere card and i really like it for my needs..i have 1 issue with it and im kinda stumped where else to look for a sloution...
sound works fine if i open the tv card software before opening ie and surfing..if i open ie and start surfing and later on i open the tv card software it has no sound...even if i kill ie and all open windows most times sound is gone, but if i reboot all is fine and if i open ie and websites while tv is playing all is good ....any ideas...its a pci tv card...the tv card does does have an external jumper cable to the onboard sound...

got em...installed them also tryed ones on cd and installed latest from msi website...thinking it may be an irq sharing problem..gonna try using the other pci slot and see....
