Hey all,

I am looking for a TV capture card that is comparable to the capabilities of the all in wonder 9700 pro card. Any suggestions? I would just get the AIW, but I want to hook up two monitors easily, and not buy special adapters for the s-video out. This is the idea: 9700 pro VGA card and TV pci capture card. Thanks in advance.

So you basically want two separate cards that add up to the AIW 9700 pro features? How about this then. Anything from 9000 to 9700 for vid card and a tv card like Leadtek Winfast 2000XP. I just bought the leadtek tv card and it comes with a remote and a nice feature picture in picture. That's why i didn't get the ATI tv card.

I agree,, the leadtek in an awesome vid cap card. It has been excellent! I also like the FM feature along with the Remote. Haven't had ay problems with Audio video sync that I have heard so much about. Go for it!

You can also check out the Asus TV880 as well as the Asus version that use the new Phillips decoder/encoder chip. The Asus uses the 10-bit CX3880 and has been excellent for me. Its only ~$60 nowadays as well, so its only a few bucks more than the Leadtek.
