TV and computer monitor plastic creaking at night

Think it has something to do with the temperature change throughout the day/night

its keepign me awake

makes me wanna move everything out of my room

Its not your monitor keeping you awake bro. Sometimes I can fall asleep with the TV on or a clock ticking or something like that and other times its a huge annoyance. Its just your mood. You're annoyed.

quite true, I napped way too long during the day

also I moved my fan out of my room temporarily, so there is no white noise right now to muffle things

Mine does that too.

I'm trying Linden Leaves tea. Supposed to help you sleep. It tastes good. Has antioxidants too.

I have this problem with my aging Samsung 24" monitor. It's pretty loud when it does it too, to the point where the wife wants it gone and actually told me to go buy a new monitor.

I must now learn how to make all my electronic devices do this. :hmm:

First thing I wondered was why is the computer or TV in your bedroom? One room apartment, or live with your parents?

Seems like an easy issue to eliminate.
