Tutorial program maker

Does anybody know about those programs that allow you to show your mouse and windows in realtime that allow you to make tutorials. It looks something like this It is a swf file with audio, I was wondering what capture was used to make something like that. (there is audio, so speakers are a plus to understand it) Yes, there are many mistakes if you watch the whole thing, but I want to make something similar.

I think it was Lordmaul that made something similar quite a while ago for the search function here, lol.

CamStudio can record any part of your desktop, or you can make it follow your cursor. I think that's the kind of program you're asking for. Anyway, hope that helps. 🙂

We're used RoboDemo from ehelp.com for a few demos at work, it does the job but it's overpriced and ehelp are scum about calling almost every maintenance release a "new version" so they can charge upgrade fees.
