Tutorial for VIA 4in1 Driver?

If possible, please direct me to a tutorial on using the various options called for by the VIA 4-In-1 Driver. For example, what's the proper response to inquiries about DMA and Turbo? Thanks.
 
To set DMA, go to control device manager, go into cd and ide disk setting, there should be an uncheck box that say DMA, click on it to enable. AGP turbo means that you want to run your AGP x 4, standard mode is x2. Hope this helps
