There is a song by the Killers and in it is a line about coming out of your shell. I would suggest everybody come out of his or her shell. As a turtlehead, I recognize the importance of coming out of one's shell. If you need help coming out of your shell, I would suggest some Nyquil. A dose or two timed just right, and you will not only be out of your own shell, but you might find yourself inside someone else's.

If you are a tortoise I do not suggest following the advice outlined above.
