Turtle Beach Santa Cruz front panel connection?

I searched extensively and can't find it. TB says its "for internal use only", yet its clearly labeled MIC/HEADPHONE. Its not the standard 5 and 5 connector, its a row of 10 pins. Thanks for any help.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can use it with the front panel audio panel.
