it's where all the college kids from syracuse, binghamton and cornell go since it's relatively close by. and being built on an indian reservation, you only have to be 18 to gamble.

we used to spend the day at carousel mall and the night at turning stone.

Yep. It's pretty nice. Not like Vegas or Reno, but for gambling it's good. They got poker.
