Turning off second monitor in games

I am currently running an HD4870 on a dual screen setup. I would like the second display to be turned off completely when I enter a full-screen application like a game (i.e., I'd like to be like there was only 1 monitor connected). Is there a program that does this?

As of right now, the 2nd monitor displays the Windows desktop.

I am running Win7 7077.

You can always pull up device manager or display settings and disable it manually. If your looking for something automatic then I've never heard of anything.

Obvious question: Why would you want to? Unless you have a game which you play which doesn't capture the mouse to its window and so you keep accidentally minimising the game, in which case that makes sense.
Manual might be the only way to go though.
