Turning Off/On Mouse Acceleration on the fly

There is a game where sometimes mouse acceleration really helps and at other times it really...does the opposite of helping. So it'd be great if i could find away to disable and enable low mouse acceleration whenever i wanted. How could i do that?
 
Not sure. If it helps, I read that there's a mouse that does that in hardware (the gamer dude--fatality's endorsed brand, and maybe another few). Not sure which (if any) let you do that in software.
 
It seems like it would be pretty easily doable with some kind of software. Don't know if there's any software out there that could do that though.
