So my g/f's laptop keeps prompting here to download any files she clicks on in ie. Such as pdf or ppt. It will only prompt her to save it instead of opening it. How does she turn that off so as soon as she clicks on a pdf adobe will then open with the file. She is running winxp pro sp2

Open the Control Panel Folder Options applet.
Select the File Types tab.
Scroll down to the extension type that you want to reset.
Select the extension type, then click Advanced.
Uncheck the "Confirm open after download" check box, then click OK.
