Turning off automatic downloading

Ok, one time one of those "Save File" or "Open from location" dialog boxes popped up when I was trying to download a zip file, and I kept tapping enter so I must have set it to open from location and now it's stuck on that.

Whenever I go to a link with a zip file, as I click on the link, it won't ask me to save it to anywhere, it will automatically start downloading it to my Temporary Internet Files folder. Anyone know how to fix this?
