Turning of DHCP when using Windows ICS

Im currently sharing a dial up connection from my computer and wanted to turn of DHCP sharing. I also wanted to change the IP the host PC. How do I do this? Also how do I setup the clients that I wish to use this internet connection?

Also would it be possible for the computer that has dial up connected to it, to use a connection from a router without "unsharing" the dial up network? I do have 2 LAN cards and an extra switch.

In other words, can I chose wheter I want my Lan connection 1 to connect to the internet or a Dial up to which im already connected?
