I want to make my LCD monitor into a TV screen so that I can play my games on it (PS2 games and other games and what not). What will I need to download, buy, install, and get to have this happen? Links, advice, explanations, anything is considered helpful. Thanks ;). I really appreciate this.

For Xbox360 - VGA cable.

For PS2 - VGA box from hong kong. (or upgrade your LCD to one that has component inputs)

The easiest way is obviously to obtain an LCD screen (like the dell ones) that have all the connectivity you would need.

Another option is something like the ATI TV Wonder card. However, there are slight sync issues, enough to make parrying in street fighter 3 (for example) impossible.

You can't buy component -> vga adapters?

They cost 100$. They aren't wire to wire adapters. You have to buy a transcoder. Viewsonic makes some for example.

You need about 1 pound of magic fairy dust. Just sprinkle it over the connectors on the monitor and POOF it's an HDTV.

I searched everywhere on the Monster Cable site, and couldn't find this item.
