last week I plucked an inch long eyebrow hair.
tonight...I found an ear hair.

All the while the hairline continues it's retreat.
The beltline gets tighter, the pains get achy-er.

30 sucks...enjoy your 20's, kids!!!

I'm enjoying my 30's much more than my 20's (which I enjoyed more than my teens...)

I'm expecting my 40's to be even better. :)

Happy Birthday I guess.

You will actually feel your body beginning to slow down every year from now on. My body has definitely started to fall apart. In fact, I had a kidney stone this past month. I've got some gray hair, gray nose hair, ear hair, gray chest hair and gray facial hair. Have fun at 30 because it will definitely be better than 35!

Those things you noticed are nothing...you have many more discoveries to look forward to in your life.

Turning 30 may suck, but to put things in their proper perspective just consider the alternative option!

I hope that's not a sign of the body falling apart, because I had a few kidney stones last year at 20...:p

Happy Birthday!

Like Wingznut, I'm definitely enjoying my thirties much more than my twenties. :)

Just hit 31 last week... I guess I got mixed feelings about it. It's not so much the age as the stuff I intended to do and acomplish, but haven't yet. Oh well.

Happy Birthday

At least aerobic fitness doesn't really drop too badly until you're 40 (that's what I keep telling myself). Recovery, strength, agility, quickness etc will drop sooner and more dramatically. :D At 31 I still feel pretty good. Recovery is maybe a bit less robust than it used to be and I was never quick...

I will hit 30 this year as well.

I loved my 20's and am looking forward to the 30s,40s, and 50s.

I turned 40 in October. Turning 30 really didn't bother me. 40 did, a bit, but it's really just a number.

I have a few joint pains that I didn't have at 30, but overall, I actually feel better. I was still recovering from a back injury a decade ago, and the pain plagued me for several years. I thought I would never get any better, but I can honestly say that right now, I feel much better than I did at 30.

I've been plucking long eyebrow hairs since my teen years along with the occasional ear hair. But, I'm a hairy mofo too.

so pestimistic about being 30, obviously you have something you are regretting that you haven't done yet? not getting nosy, but psychology isn't a bad thing to understand for yourself.
