Turned on my laptop screen this morning and its just turning different colors!!!! HELP HELP!!!!

Last night I was running irecover on an external hard drive of mine. Ive done this many times. I went to bed after starting it. When I took the laptop out of blank screen saver mode, the screen will just turn green then blue then red then white. I cant see anything on the screen but these colors!!! I need help immediately!!!
