Turnaround time on IBM RMA?

I sent my 75GXP 30GB in for RMA for... you guessed it, a clicking and scratching noise.

IBM confirms receipt of the drive on their website on January 28, 2002.

When can I expect them to ship me out my Serviceable Used Part?
