I have a Toshiba Tecra M4 that broke down. The screen is still good and I was wondering if there's some way to take that and turn it into basically a cheap Wacom Cintiq.
No there isn't. The screen's touch feature outputs to cuircutry built into the mainboard of hte laptop. You would need a electrical engneering degree to figure out how to isolate that and then convert it over to a USB output. Then you would need to reprogram the drivers so that they system you plug it into can use it.
