turn signals...

Every day I'm behind a car that slows down... stops... then turns with no signal. If they would have put a signal on then I would have passed on the opposite side.

When I'm turning onto a street, I see a car... wait for them to pass... they slow down... then turn with no signal. Again. If they signaled, then I would have turned out.

Is this concept just too hard to grasp for most people? I find people that drive work trucks the most guilty.

Hmm many reasons, I forget to turn on signal indicator, light bulb burned out, my other hand was busy, didn't feel like, wanted to be an asshole etc.

What's even funnier is people that do that in a no left turn lane, to turn left, with no signal. One time I got so angry I pulled past them, rolled down my window and yelled out at them (road rage!), at which point my wife who was sitting next to me became extremely uncomfortable with my behavior.

They consider themselves to be "special" and that everybody should just watch where THEY are going, without any warning whatsoever.

Jerks.

lazy assholes

I still remember my driver's training instructor saying "It doesn't cost you anything to use your turn signal"

I signal out of habit at just about every turn. Even in my neighborhood when no cars are around.

Someone needs to make a list or roster to keep up.

I don't use my turn signals because I don't want to use up all my turn signal fluid.

Gah, some people here think it's useful to put the signal on as they're turning.
Great, now that I see you making a left turn, your turn signal does a lot of good.

Dood...you mean that little lever on the left side actually has a function besides being a place to hang the key for the locking gas cap? D'oh!

Failure to use turn signals pisses me off too.

I hate this more than when someone in front of me is doing it. If the car in front of me is braking for any reason other than traffic, they get insta-passed.

I can't tell you how many times I've been an extra 5 minutes late to class because I could've turned into campus 10 times if some douche would've signaled.

The only time I don't signal is in my apartment complex.

Because it informs my enemies (the rest of you drivers) what I'm about to do, allowing you to do a myriad of things to screw me over. You can't block me if you don't know where I'm going.:D

because drivers usually have a cell phone in one hand, coffee in the other, no hand available for turning signal, duh!

I don't know if it's the winter or what. I only started driving last summer, but I remember a lot more signals then. The past few weeks, no one is signalling when making lane changes. You might get them if they're actually turning, but if they get into a turning lane, they forget about it.

Daddy don't use turn signals. His excuse is that eh doesn't want to burn out the bulbs...
