turn physical machine into a virtual machine image

hey guys,

i have this windows 2k3 machine i want to take an image of and dump onto a new server i've just bought that's running XP, and want it to run as a virtual machine.

any easy ways you know of that i can do this?

don't mind paying for solid software, but of course freeware would be nice. the win2k3 machine has 2 drives, both are very very necessary (C drive and S drive) - my exchange is configured to look for log / mail files in the S drive so maintaining the drive letters is crucial!
