turn off internet access on xp

how could you turn off any/all internet access on a single pc that is part of a small home network [4 computers], a wired/wireless 4 port router is used and the pc in question is hard wired, there is only 1 wireless laptop with internet access.

Does Zone Alarm still offer that feature? They used to. Havn't used it in a couple of years, so I don't know what their free version has or doesn't have.

Assign it a static IP and do not put in the gateway IP address.

Disable the local area network connection? Or you still want it on the network?

Another way is to set up a IPSec filter locally on the machine. Then it can continue to get its ip from the dhcp

i still need it to be on the home network, but no access to the internet or access to it from the internet
