Right. Did she prove rape? Or did he cheat on her, she gets pissed and kills him, and "rape" became the automatic defense.

Pretty sure you wouldn't shoot someone, cut their head off, and carry the head into the town square if you were having consentual sex with someone and decided you wanted to cry rape.

I don't know anything for a fact about this woman. I do know that women in general are easy to coerce into things when the lives of their children are being threatened. Do you think that it is so out of the realm of possibility that this man threatened to kill them if she went to the police? Can you imagine the position of risking the lives of your children to go to the police? Can you even for a moment imagine the incredible mental anguish?

The problem is, we can imagine all sorts of things. Innocent until proven guilty. We can't have a bunch of vigilante's running around. Without evidence this is basically her word against a dead mans word.

Does this stuff happen? Sure it does. But without proof anyone can claim. What if some chick beheaded you and claimed you did the same thing as this man? You'd be dead and wouldn't have much to say about it, but your family would be ruined.
